They found cocaine in the White House.
The same White House that’s headed by a President and Vice President who both built their careers on tough-on-crime drug warrior policies.
The same White House that fired staffers for past marijuana use because abusing drugs is abhorrent… unless you’re the President’s son.
The same White House that has previously and currently authorized the maiming, starving, imprisonment, torture, and murder of countless lives both at home and abroad.
That’s right, the White House, where blood-soaked sociopaths have resided one after the other for decades and decades, is facing one of its biggest scandals yet: a bag of cocaine.
Not since Bill Clinton had an extramarital affair in the Oval Office has the White House seen such disgrace.
Innocent corpses are just collateral damage, but a baggie of coke where the President lives? This country should be ashamed of itself.
They found cocaine in the White House, and now that’s all anyone can talk about.
Ignore the wars, the nuclear brinkmanship, the bombing campaigns and drone strikes, the sanctions starving civilians to death.
Ignore the ongoing censorship, mass surveillance, police brutality, and rising authoritarianism.
Ignore the last three years of Covid lockdowns, forced vaccinations, and widespread coercion.
Ignore the decay of society and the loss of liberty; just pay attention to the cocaine in the White House.
Who cares that whistleblowers are locked up or spend years in exile and journalists rot in prison cells for exposing inconvenient truths about the powerful? Why should we pay attention to the loss of free speech? Did you hear they found a bag of cocaine in the White House?
Sure, corporations have long been colluding with the government to manipulate our thoughts, control our resources, destroy our health, and profit off of death, all while the media tells us why all of that is good and necessary; but coke in the White House? What has our world come to?
As innocent children die in faraway lands in the name of “National Security” or “The Rules-based International Order”, direct your outrage where it belongs: toward a bag of coke.
As bridges collapse and trains derail, spilling toxic waste into our rivers and soil, as microplastics circulate through our bloodstreams, and as young healthy people die suddenly from a cause that’s obvious and known but unspoken and under-investigated, what could be worse than coke in the White House?
As our taxes fund death and destruction around the world as well as the nonconsensual experimentation likely being performed on our neighbors, as the police are continuously militarized in order to beat us into submission should we ever consider standing up for ourselves, as the government increases its surveillance and control over every aspect of our lives, don’t forget what’s really important: they found cocaine in the White House.

An excellent write-up of inconvenient truths this day and age, Steven.
